How long has it been and did you use express post? I have had packages take up to a week for express when they advertise 48 hours....tracking is also useless as I often have the package in my hands and the computer says it's still in Moose**** Saskatchewan. Sometimes it takes a couple days to catch up, but it always does. I have never "lost" a package before.

All that said, Canada Post does suck.

RCMP busted over a dozen processors pocketing presents, money, checks, etc.... Apparently the worst mail processing plant in Canada.

A Canada Post employee from Markham and two Toronto men have been arrested and police have laid numerous charges of stealing mail after they discovered a number of stolen cheques had been altered and cashed in.

York Regional Police said Tuesday the thefts have caused "significant financial losses for companies across North America."

Plainclothes investigators first arrested the two Toronto men — Ernest Tettey, 26, and Eric Kubi, 30, — on Feb. 21.

In their possession, police say they found a number of business cheques belonging to various Richmond Hill-area companies.

Police began working with postal inspectors to track where the cheques came from.

As a result, police say, they arrested a Canada Post employee, Orville Brown, after they saw him transporting mail from a Canada Post building to his home in Markham, north of Toronto.

The 46-year-old is scheduled to appear in court on April 13.

The two other suspects, Tettey and Kubi, will appear in court on May 4.

Thats right your paying for a service that you don't get! What's the point of tracking number.....won't show which postal worker stole your pack...maybe which post office is all.
