This is my 4th day of using hgh, I started with 1iu in the morning then 1iu before bed the first day, then second day and so on I started taking 2iu once before bed. However when I take 2iu before bed I don't have a deep sleep, I woke up feeling a bit groggy and didn't sleep for long though woke up not tired but refreshed. Today I decided to take 1iu early morning and I am slightly noticing numbness in my left hand thought not sure if it's from lifting heavy in the gym 30 mins ago. how shall I follow the dosing protocol before bed or split morning and before bed? I will be going up to 4iu and stick at it, using Chinese generic blue top.

You should not take GH prior to bed...that will blunt your highest natural GH pulse which you really should be taking advantage of for optimal results. Best times to take GH are when cortisol is highest...ie morning before breakfast and post workout.

I already worked out this afternoon and wasn't able to take one after I took 1iu in morning so should I take it sometime afternoon? And since I blunted my gh before bed last night an previous, will my body release proper gh amount tonight? Also to be clear when I up to 4 iu, I will take 2 in morning and 2 after workout ? what about days I dont workout, do I take it anytime afternoon?

For 4iu daily take 2iu morning before breakfast and 2iu after training. On non training days take 2iu before breakfast and 2iu late afternoon ie 5pm or so. The gh taken will only blunt the pulsatile release of GH in the body in the next couple of hours following the injection...it doesnt shut down GH production altogether...your natural GH will be fine tonight. GH is pulsed naturally multiple times per day and night.
What are your goals as per taking GH...muscle gain or fat loss?

My main objective is fat loss. I am currently 5'10, 211lbs, 14%bodyfat. I was training for a competition and got shredded but injured myself and finally healed. I am looking mainly for fat loss. I am off gear now, will go on in a month and half, so once the hgh kicks in and goes well I might bump up to 5iu to help assist in more muscle growth. I have listened to your advice and like it much more, so I shall be shooting twice from now on, once in morning and one post workout or afternoon (since I workout relatively early soon after the first shot). Today I took my second dose at 8pm and will sleep at 12 tonight so hopefully gh pulse will be fine at night.

For fat loss you dont need any more than 3iu daily..in fact 2iu is enough. GH kicks in immediately...there is no waiting period. Also you need to be dieting as well as taking GH to see any fat loss...generally combined with cardio as well. So upping the GH while dieting for muscle growth doesnt make much sense. You need to decide what your goal is and plan what you are doing accordingly...otherwise you wll be wasting alot of money and gh.

Hey Praetorian, from my understanding if you're taking a reasonable sized dose of gh like 4iu per day, aren't your elevated igf-1 levels gonna raise somatostatin levels anyways thus preventing natural gh release? And since Igf-1 has a much longer half life (20hrs or so), I would've thought your natural gh production would be screwed either way, regardless of when you dose it (although I don't mean perma shut down, as from what I understand gh production recovers quite easily once exogeneous gh usage is halted). Lemme know your thoughts on that.

From what I've read using exogenous HGH will create this negative feedback on GHRH(increase in somatostatin) for about 4 hours...so by not taking GH right before bed you should still be able to capitalize on your largest natural GH pulse.
