View Full Version : Finally Started Direct Traing Of Adductors Again

We finally got one of those adductor machines at the gym I train at.I used one at a World's more than a year ago,used it to stretch,,felt ok,15-20 reps,then another notch,felt like a bit much,but was ok.Next day was a little sore,but made the mistake of using my adductors to move some gravel around like I usually do.Then it got worse,nothing really painful,but nagging.It would bother be while squatting,lowered the weights and went to a narrower stance.Back to a wider stance,but really have not stretched like I should,I feel that this is something that should be corrected.So did just a little groin work and stretching on the machine today,light,not the whole frickin' stack like before.Anybody have some advice on safe gradual stretching as this area seems to be finicky.
