Starting weight prior to first 16 week diet 207lbs. Finishing weight at weigh ins for MABBA 2012 196lbs (this is dry and zero carbs because he needed to make weight and was 197.5lbs in the morning. We had to wait until after weigh in Friday evening to carb load...so I wold expect on stage he was mid to low 200's.
