I know this has been talked about in previous posts before and something I've been looking into since I'm looking to incorporate some 15% lean ground beef from Costco into my diet to save on my grocery bills. Good read as to fat content and what happens after blotting and rinsing your beef.

Causes too much loss of valuable fat...really only good if you are running protein only for the last few weeks prior to a show.

What about in the off-season P? I don't count the fats in my protein sources... but I couldn't imagine eating 2-3 meals/day of regular ground beef and having all that fat content not causing some extra fluff?

I usually have 30g of fat per meal off season.
