Hey P,
I have been running cutting cycle (500mg test / 400mg Mast e) for 8 weeks now. I just hit 9% bf and want to get to 6-7% for the summer. I was curious if it is ok to introduce clen in my cycle for couple of weeks before getting off. I am on keto diet and eating about 1800 calories ( 5'11" 185lbs). Also, would it be ok to take preworkout drink with clen?

I've read a lot of information about clen being something good to include as PCT especially for a cutting cycle... Try searching for some stuff and I'll see if I can find it again also.
It's anti catabolic and it's also supposed to help prevent muscle loss in pct.

Oh ya i read about it as well. I will include it in my pct for sure since i up the cals once coming off.

Thats what clen is used for mainly cutting...during PCT as well to counteract higher cortisol levels. For cutting start at 20mcg twice daily (morning and late afternoon) ramp up slowly by about 20mcg every two weeks. Ho wmuch cardio are you doing?

I am doing 20-30 minutes after my workouts burning 150-200 calories. So what you are suggesting is to stay 40mcg for couple of weeks than 60mcg 3rd,4th week and keep increasing by 20mcg? I read it should be increased 20mcg everyday until reached 120mcg? I workout in afternoon so would it be ok to take something like jacked/white flood before my workout sessions or no need for it while cycling clen? I read some people posting not to take it while others had no issues.

Please take what you read posted online with a grain of salt...there is much misinformation out there posted by those who have no idea about the subject. You never increase clen daily that makes absolutely no sense. The body takes time to attenuate to a drug...why take the maximum in a week or two and then become adapted to it thus limiting the fat loss effect dramatically. The idea is to take the minimum clen necessary to illicit a fat loss response and run that until the body adapts then increase it slightly to keep the effect going. Taking an increasing dosage everyday is like increasing cardio by 10 minutes every day...in two weeks youll be doing 3 hours of cardio...not good. Jacked or Whiteflood are stimulant based fat burners clen is not as it is a beta 2 specific agonist which means it does not act on beta 1 or 3 cells...ie heart or brain, it does not raise blood pressure it lowers it. The problem with stimulant based fat burners is that they illicit a large cortisol response which as you know is not ideal while dieting. I would suggest for an increased fat burning effect and some extra push only use 200mg caffiene prior to cardio and training sessions...you can also add 2000mg L-carnitine to that.
for dosing:
week 1-2 20mcg twice daily
week 3-4 20mcg 3 times daily
week 5-6 20mcg 4 times daily
raise to maximum 120-140mcg ED then leave it there until finished dieting

Thank you sir for the detailed response. I am using clen for the first time and there are different methods used by many people and wasn't sure which one will be most effective. I took 20mcg this morning as you suggested and 1 scoop of WF before workout, had an awesome workout. I will switch preworkout drink to caffiene for now.

Taper up and taper down, although I have had no issues coming off completely, but Im only on for a week on a week off

This... your doing 20 minutes of cardio... bump that shit up every week you should add a little bit more.

You taper up slowly..every two weeks. Tapering down is a much faster process...ie drop to 40mcg daily for ten days then 20mcg for a week and done.

The problem is people rely more on fat burners than on a decent diet and cardio...fat burners add maybe 5% to the fat loss equation....diet and cardio equate to 95%...which one would you concentrate on?
