any bros out there try "air chilled chicken" stumbled upon it on accident at the store on sale so I picked up about 14 boxes of it. Just cooked some up and I had to google what was going on in my mouth because it was like sex.
Pretty much most chicken is dumped into chlorine with a bunch of other dirty chickens and it absorbs all that junk and you eat it.

I know one thing I will ONLY be buying air chilled from now on. For the price of crappy frozen high sodium chicken breast in a bag you can pick up fresh air chilled chicken thighs. Yeah its a little more fat but no more choking down rubbery breasts with little to no taste!
