is hmb a worthwhile supplement? i remember it being big years back and came across it in he new md magazine.

I know this is Prae's column but if I recall even Bill Phillips eventually said it was more or less useless as far as cost effeciency vs effectiveness. EAS pushed it huge around 1995-1997.

Dont waste your money...here's a tip proper training and eating (real food) will outperform any supplement 1000 times over.
