is there a brand you can recommend for joint/tedon support , i heard usp labs cissus rx is a good one?

depends on your exact symptoms but Glucosamine has been effective for knee pain and can be found in generic brand at shoppers for cheap. Do yourself a favor and search google scholar for evidence of your supplement actually working i did a quick search and cant find any direct evidence for that compound except for a patent in a weight loss compound, considering the product you mentioned is $40-50 dollars you should do a little research

MSM and chondroiton do work but take time...but what i have found is Genuine Health Fast Joint Care works very well and fast.
