Legality of buying clomid without a prescription

I am curious about the legality of buying clomid without a prescription in Canada.

I have read through the "Controlled Drugs and Substances Act" and clomiphene defenitely isn't a controlled substance. It is a prescription drug and from what I can find it's legal to have a 3 month supply but I haven't found any documentation that spells it out either way.

Can anyone please point me in the right direction?
