Hey P,
I plan on doing a show In NB on November 10th. I am also thinking about doing another show close to that time in ontario. I am from NB but currently reside in TO. I was wondering what is a better show to do: London (november.24th) or (Ottawa November. 3rd) I want to be my best at the NB show so which show would be better to do?
Thanks Big fella!

The Nov 1O show in NB is a provincial contest which means its a National qualifier. The London and Ottawa shows are regional shows which are provincial qualifiers...I would suggest if you want to do well at the NB show to put all your effort into that show. Start early to make sure you have plenty of time and come in diced. Shows are expensive...travel, hotels, food, tanning, entry fees, supps etc...doing two shows doubles your expenses and really what do you get from the Ontario shows? The show that means something is the National qualifier...this could potential allow you to compete on a national stage...but doing the Ontario shows will hurt you financially and could potentially mess with your condition....its difficult to peak for multiple shows...trust me I did three shows last year and I will never do that again.
I would suggest planning and preparing for he NB show with the goal of coming top 5 and getting National qualification...then the following year and prepare for the Nationals.

I'm excited to see how thick you are when you come home on your break. Not to many people in NB put as much work as you do into your diet and training year round (especially the guys our age). I suspect you'll have a good showing at the NB's.

1-the only reason i was thinking about doing a show in ON was a lot of my friends from here wanted to come support me at a show. But if you think its better to not do so, i wont.
2- I was wondering if you can put my name in your clients come late july/early august to prep for NB's. I dont know if you have a limit of clients or not, but would like to work with you.

I worked with P, for 6 weeks. And in 6 weeks he had me from 190 lbs to 168 on stage and shredded. You definitely won't regret that decision.
Also P, I'm considering doing the same show in November again (too see if I can improve on my placing) and I would like to work with you again for the full 16 weeks this time, not 6. If you can fit me in as well during that time, it'd be greatly appreciated, if so I'll send you a message on FB and we can work out the details for it.
Thanks P,
Evo
