Hi Prae.

I'm in transition right now with my diet, I'm starting to lean down from a bulk cycle.
I've been doing a lot of browsing through fat burners and I find it a bit over whelming with all the products.
I was leaning towards ordering some CLA, but first I would like your opinion about the two 'fat burning' suppliments. My diet is on track along with training and doing cardio 3-4 week starting at 15 minutes and working up.
Thanks in advance for acknowledging my post.

By itself CLa wont provide much benefit...its great to take but for real fat loss youll need to do many things correct..ie diet, training, cardio, supps etc.
I would recommend fish oil 1g fish oil per percent BF split in two doses daily. Plus 2000-3000mg L carnitine + 1 capsule green tea extract + 200mg caffiene prior to cardio and training.
You can take the CLA with meals if you like. Avoid the ephedrine it cause too much beta 1 and 3 stimulation leading to high cortisol and adrenal issues...lose the aspirin.

there is actually quite a few articles by doc's and science guys in the (arnold cover) muscle insider. there's too much to just post here as there are many articles on it both good and bad and comparisons if you want an unbiased opinion I would take a read i have only read to page 60 and there are 4 in depth articles, and I am no expert on ECA stack by any means but from what I've read(not in this muscle insider) the asprin is important to reduce the load on your heart by thining your blood just a touch... kind of a way to reduce the "sludge" in your blood allowing your heart to pump more efficiently

You must understand that they are not going to recommend a restricted substance on muscle insider but they can recommend ECA as it is OTC. However Clenbuterol is by FAR a much better fat burner and has less sides then ECA. ECA is a stimulant times two..ie caffiene + ephedrine and will cause nasty adrenal fatigue sides if used for a prolonged period. It acts directly on the heart and brain ie beta 1, 2, and 3 as opposed to just beta 2. Aspirin is an anti-inflammatory and an anti-platelet...it does not reduce "sludge" in the blood nor does it increase pumping efficiency...it prevents platelets from clumping together ie creating a blood clot.
