hi everyone,
last tuesday night (7 days ago) i was working at a night club as a bouncer when a group of guys assaulted my colleague. long story short, i ended up with a black eye. next morning i woke up, had a really bad pain in my left groin area, where the leg attaches to my pelvis, specifically the top left quadrant above my genitals. i thought i had gotten kicked in the nuts, i had a small bruise on my scrotum, but i was downing painkillers and like an idiot, didnt ice it.
fast forward to friday, ran out of painkillers, pain when sitting and walking, no problem walking tough. sunday morning, balls and dick looked like they belong to a smurf, all purple and blue. went to ER, doc examined me, tested abductor muscles - no trouble with resistance going. however, the top left quadrant right above my dick was VERY sore and painful to the touch (i have attached a picture of where the pain is )
i am going for an MRI tomorrow, i am wondering what kind of exercises will help with recovery. i did a bit of google research but couldnt come up with much.
any help is appreciated,29080
