I was doing dips and then a pain started in the bottom portion of the dip motion. The strength is still pretty good but the pain is nagging. What do you guys think it is? Think the standard RICE is going to heal it up?

Run the RICE protocol and see how it is in a few days...you may want to et it looked at by a sports chiro with ART experience.

I have wicked elbow bursitis and it all started when I was doing weighted dips three months ago. I never lost any strength but it nagged on and on. Being a ****ing retard, I continued to train heavy week after week until I developed a goose egg sized bursa that is ugly and sore. RICE isn't helping because it's too late. My advice is RICE, ART and weeks of complete rest from pressing exercises. Good luck.
