Anyone on here have a hook up or know of a place one can purchase a good quality vest that is adjustable in weight load? I have found some killer ones online but they are all coming from the US and after shipping and taxes they are fairly pricey. Im looking for something under $200 or under $150 if that is possible.

Post up some links or discuss other options if you have some good input.

Thanks

do you think your legs would grow if you wore and 80pd vest everyday just in casual life?

Jack - wearing an 80lb vest all day would be horrible for your legs. More specific your knees. For every 10 lbs of body weight thats 40 lbs of pressure on your knee joints. So that 80 lbs vest would cause 320 lbs of extra pressure on your knees thats not normally there. In short spurts such as in a work out would nt be that bad. I use one myself and enjoy it. I'm not sure but I think it could cause alot of structural problems too. Especially in our back. I looked into it a bit after watching too much Dragon Ball :)

The box one is nice, it has slim shoulder straps which is what Im looking for. Why are these things so hideously expensive? It seems a bit ridiculous once you add weight to it and ship it. Its well over $200. I need a real job.

X vest is great. I ve used it. A bit expensive closer to 200.00 Another one that I'm looking at to buy is the Hyper Vest Pro 169.99 for 10 lbs than purchase the extra weights seperately. Again a bit expensive but by the looks of it, it looks like its sticks right to you. Very useful as mine is bulky and prevents full pull up ROM.

Im probably just gonna go with a dip belt for now until maybe summer when I have real income coming in. Dip belts are $40-50 and will do what I need for now.

This is the one I want to get however:
