5 business days on brand name items according to the site. If you order CP products only it ships next business day usually.

I placed an order last Thursday and have not heard anything. Seems like kind of a long time. Is that 5 days to ship?

They sent out an e-mail recently and posted in this forum that they have an increase in shipping time now. I recently ordered and recieved an email today saying it was shipped. 8 days after ordering so the delays are nt that bad. I ordered some brand name stuff as well as canadian protein brand. My order was placed on the 4th so you should be hearing from them soon.

Hi Bartoli, did you get confirmation yet? Might have been the long weekend and a few brand name products in your order. We have managed to cut the brand name shipping times to around 72hours, but sometimes we're out of a few things because of larger orders so that's why we are still asking for the 5 business day lead time for brand name products even though they will usually ship much faster. Working hard on this for you guys!!! :D

I got confirmation today that package was shipped. Arrival is for April 20, so that is 5 days to process (including long weekend) and 7 days to ship. Seems like a long time for in Canada shipping. It seems to me that this happened with my last order. I have to say, I have ordered stuff from the States that has come quicker. I always like to support Canadian companies and do like your product very much but it would be nicer to see better service.

You're absolutely right, which is why we're hard at work getting rid of these kinks and hangups. We do have a few solutions that will work to get rid of the orders that may take longer than 48-72 hours to send which at this point is our average ship time for brand name products. Our bulk products normally ship same day or within 24 hours.
Thanks for the feedback, send us an email with your order number so we can look into this further and continue to improve.
I always find the shipping to be long when I order 3rd party supplements , but very quick when I stick to CP products.

Would have say the exact same thing. Ordered 2 times from them and it happened on the 2 orders and for my last one took forever to get actually get an aswer why it was so long to shipp with the exact same answer 2 times : see the shipping policy well after 7 days still nothing shipped not even processed, I received a message to say that my package was broken so They will ship it as soon as possible. 2 days later they finally shipped it and it took 4 days to get to my door. So a total of 2 weeks and more for the entire process pretty poor service... So if you buy brand product from them be ready to wait and wait because their service is very slow.

Hey Guys, you're totally correct, you should not be waiting that long, which is why we have brought down the times down to 72 hours of business day ship time for brand name products now for $90% of all orders. If there is still a delay pass this, it is most likely because of bringing in more product. The long wait times even up to a week ago have been simply due to the vast number of products we carry, around 5000, and the increased business. We are learning a lot and especially how to deal with the logistics of such a vast inventory, however, we do apologize to those who have experienced sub par service and delivery times, and we guarantee that our service and ship times are improving everyday as we bring in the right people and strategies to improve.
As of right now our bulk products have a same day/24 hour process time to ship and the brand name products do take a a little longer, around 72 hours for around 90% of all brand name products. However, on the flip side of this, our prices and extensive inventory is pretty much unmatched in the country.
To touch on 4evershredd's issue, I personally remember this issue and the issue was that the courier had damaged (they actually said they had "misplaced" the order, then said after it was damaged and that's what it got missed place, whatever that means) and it took around 1 week for them to even notify us. We are actually still waiting for a credit for this and haven't even received it back yet. This is most likely why the tracking wasn't sent or updated to you for the first package to send.
Anyways, we are working hard for you guys so we can make delays a thing of the past and we will accomplish as this is the most important thing on our table right now.
Thanks for the support guys! It is much appreciated!

With your pricing/selection absolutely destroying everywhere else in Canada people need to relax about having to wait a couple days longer than some of the "bigger sites". Everyone knows approx when they're going to run out of stuff so whats so hard about ordering a week ahead? My only suggestion would be to get some nutritional profiles up on the site so when we're comparing products we dont have to go to a competitor's site to see the profiles.
As always, excellent service....just received my latest order in the mail today!

I agree with Wolverine. They provide a solid product at a great price. A week is not that long to wait for supplements. When I ordered and had a delay for the first time it kind of sucked but I learned from it and ordered in advance of when I actually needed my supplements. And CP did the responsible thing and notified customers via e-mail and on this forum about their extended shipping times.

Thanks Guys!
Also, to touch on the nutritional facts, this should be up for all name brand products.

OK so I take back anything good I have said about thier shipping times/customer service. I placed an order on Monday the 4th of two bulk products canadian protein brand. Which as in an earlier post in this thread they stated it should normally take 24 hours for it to be out the doo. By Thursday I had not heard anything from them so I sent them a message on their site Thursday night after they had closed asking to cancel the order ( I needed it by Saturday a friend who wanted to try their product was coming down to get it ) So come Monday the 11th morning I get a message back from canadianprotein saying it had been shipped already. Later that evening I get an -mail from canadapost saying they had got word to pick it up around 4 PM today and picked it up at 5 PM. So first off I had asked Thursday to cancel the order which canadianprotein did not listen to. Than they out right lie to me and say it had already been shipped. I called canadapost just to be sure it was nt a problem with them loggin the time wrong. And no everything thing was written down as it happened. I can take canadian proteins long ship times ( this time I was rushed, normally I'm not so its not a problem) I can take poor costumer support, but I can not tolerate being lied to.
I have to say they have been very hard to get a hold of. Been looking for a code since May long weekend.

Frosbite, we have the forms of the pick up of your order last week, the pick up confirmation forms do not lie. We offered you a discount on the order if you still wanted it and also said if you didn't want it simply send it back for a full refund. No problem at all. We apologize for the misunderstanding, but there's not much we can do about situations like this. I assure you, we are not just lying to you about this, if you wanted to cancel the order and it wasn't sent we would easily do that for you, that is no problem at all. Tracking information sometimes doesn't show correct info, for example: we had labels from a customer sent to us and tracking shows that the post office signed and received it, I personally went there to pick them up and they are not their...I don't know why that happened. Also, last week Canada Post lost 4 of our orders...regardless, we will obviously take care of the situation whatever it is you choose.
Talo, we're having issue's creating new codes, existing codes are working fine, but for some reason we're having issues with the new ones ever since an update sometime ago, we're going to be trying again today, we have our web master taking care of the programming on it.
Thanks yeah it worked. Now I hope I get this before my comp on the 23rd.

That's what I thought and when I get deals like that I don't mind sharing the wealth with friends.
I should be able to put some nice prize bags together for the lifters with this and the few 5lb bags Dan is sending me :)
