I've been doing a lot of reading about this lately...
Basically, the theory is that if you're producing too much estrogen or getting too much from outside sources, you're hampering your testosterone, muscle building, and fat loss.
Does anyone have any experience with this sort of thing?
Can anyone recommend some supplements?
