Not a surprise but the thing I find interesting is the misinformation. You have to wonder who does the research and how much more false info floats around in general news circulation.

Contador blamed steak bought from a Basque producer for his high reading of clenbuterol, which is sometimes used by farmers to fatten their livestock. To avoid a doping ban, he needed to prove how the anabolic drug entered his body and convince the panel he was not to blame.

While there is no doubt in my mind these guys dope with all sorts of stuff it would kind of suck being a professional athlete in a highly tested sport and having to worry about contamination in your food and supplements. As for Armstrong I agree with cog. Didn't he even test positive a couple of times but managed to weasel his way out of it?

Apparently one time he did and they covered it up,same treatment Carl Lewis received once.They retested some old samples with more advanced techniques and he fought this off with the argument that the chain of custody of the samples was flawed.
