28889Just found out that former Canadian and international bodybuilder Ray Beaulieu of Vancouver has passed away at age 60 on the 25th of January.

We were good friends for many years when he lived in Edmonton where he was born and raised.

I am heartbroken by this news.

My most sincere condolences to his friends and family.

Attached is a picture of Ray taken at Mr. C's gym in Edmonton in 1978.

Really really sad to hear about this. I hadn't seen Ray in quite a few years now (not since '99) & first met him at Fitness Quest Gym & then took him to a meeting. Went to quite a few meetings with him over the next couple years but lost touch with him quite awhile back & last time I heard from him he was giving it another go. He never stopped trying.
RIP my friend!
