looking good. triceps will really fill out your physique as you mentioned...Your biceps are large, but 2/3 of the arm are triceps, so once those fill out, you'll be looking crazy

Great body, very defined, only thing i noticed is, you used to be pretty small before working out right? The only reason i'm saying this is because you're forearms are tiny compared to the rest of your body.

i been working out since i was 15 years old so i wouldnt know. Calves and forarms have always been a poblem but the forarms are very tight

Well your full body looks tight, so even if you have small forearms and calves, if they strong and defined, size isn't as important.

Try training them less often. As long as you are doing pressing movements of any kind you are working triceps. Some guys will always have issues but you might be overtraining them. Mine came along when I just went to close grip benches and rope extensions. Everything else looks solid and great conditioning too.

i do a small tricep blast after back; 3 exercises consecutive, reps over 15. I find it improves my triceps i only do this for about 8 weeks. Im not to worried about over training them, infact with aas and a high calorie diet, proper rest they have definitely been improving

Youve gotta great build, the rest will come so no worries. Better build than the ordinary fosho. Good work and grats on that!
