I noticed the IDFA sign in the back of your profile picture and was following your blog, your before and after pictures are like night and day. I actually did the 2010 Natural Novice Classic for my first contest, good experience. I am posted to 14 Wing Greenwood and am now prepping for 2012 NSABBA Provincial Show.

Thanks, looking on target for 12 weeks out? Without Back shots I guess it is hard to tell. Maybe I will start a log.

Great progress and I say you could be ready in 8 weeks plus add a week for peak week so in my opinion you are ahead of schedule which is a good thing, allows for a margin of error.

Thanks Steve, your looking large and conditioned as well in your log. I think I am pretty close to on target dropping from 248lbs to 240lbs in 4 weeks. The first week I just cleaned things up so I could get an accurate starting weight. You know what I mean? Taking pictures in the same spot every Saturday morning as well.
Got a lot going on right now, trying to buy a house without a realtor arggg. Not too mention work, but we all have to work haha.
I think I will start a 10 week out log next Saturday. I know I like reading the other competitors. It is always good to get constructive criticism too.

you're easily on target. If anything, you can take it slow and try to lose just a little at a time...don't want to start suffering too early! Honestly, you look like you could compete in 4-6 weeks if you ask me!
