Hi Guys. I had been searching for a good and economical source for my protein so back in December I was glad at what I found when I followed the link to Canadian Protein. I found the prices and selection to be excellent and the free shipping was even better. It didn't take me long to fill my shopping cart, check out and be ready to enjoy my purchase.
Here's where the trouble started. One week passed and my order was nowhere to be seen. The second week pass and still nothing. It was around the Holidays, so I figured that could have added to the delays. Week 3 & 4 passed and still no package....now I was beginning to get nervous. After tracking my shipment through Canada Post I learned that the package arrived in my city but then for some reason was sent back to CP.com....now I thought that I was sunk. I thought that there I was going to be screwed out of my money and order.
I was relieved when I finally got confirmation that the package was going to resent, but still in the back of my mind I thought, "yeah sure". But true to their word CP sent it back, in 1day.
Needless to say I am a happy customer. CP showed professionalism and honour....thank you. I will be ordering again....
