Hi,

I recently had a baby girl and since she has arrived my eating schedule has been destroyed. Any advice on ways to slow muscle degradation down until I manage to get back on track? Thanks in advance. Getting time to work out is not that big of a deal. I have a decently equipped weight room in my house. It's just the food. Finding time to prepare and eat healthy food or to even get time to snack with out the baby or the wife needing me.

the key is to keep working out.

you'll drop some fat but keep the muscle if keep training on reduced calories.

Try making all your meals in advance. I takes me about an hour to make 1 week worth of meals, as for muscle depletion I don't know. I think as long as you are doing something you should be fine for a while.

Lots of protein shakes is better than nothing else. it'll take 45 seconds to shake a shake in your shaker.
