PCT start time clarification

Hi P,

Finishing my 3rd cycle in a few weeks; you helped me through my first 2 and was successful with following your advice and recommendations.

Question about PCT for the end of this cycle:

Wk 1-12 Test E 750mg/week
Wk 1-12 EQ 600mg/week
Wk 1-8 Tren E 300mg/week

I have 5000iu HCG, Aromasin, Clomid, Nolva. Last cycle you recommend the following and I just want to verify it's correct and the proper start times based on my drugs this time:

The day after my last shot of Test/EQ, start HCG @ 1000iu E3D for 15 days total, along with Aromasin 25mg/day for 15 days. Thereafter, start Clomid @ 50mg/day for 3 weeks. Add in 20mg Nolva if desired.

That look ok? Slightly confused if supposed to start HCG + Aroma right after last shot or if there should be a wait time before starting.

This time because you are using a long ester test you need to wait two weeks after your last shot and then start HCG and aromasin.
The combination of clomid and nolva does appear to be more effective then either on there own.

Thats correct just split the dose up in two....50mg clomid and 10mg nolva twice daily spaced about 12 hours apart....keeps blood levels even.

Awesome thank you for your help. PCT will start 2 weeks after last shot, and HCG+Aromasin for 15 days, followed by Clomid+Nolva for 3 weeks.

I thought HCG was very suppressive which is why you should use it just before PCT?

If the testosterone to estrogen conversion is controlled then HCG is not suppressive...this is why an AI or SERM is used in conjunction with HCG. HCG will accelerate recovery if used correctly.

After waiting 2 weeks post cycle, and then running HCG 2000iu E3D + Aromasin 25mg ED for 15 days, do I continue to run Aromasin along with Nolva+Clomid for the following 3 weeks, or is it only the Nolva+Clomid for the next 3 weeks until ending PCT? Thank you.

Its not necessary no...the clomid and nolva together is enough. Run both for three weeks then stop the clomid and continue nolva for another 2 weeks.

Hi guys, I have been following this for PCT (15 days hcg every 3 days, aromasin every day) I am almost at the end of this 15 days and i noticed my nipples getting sensitive. One of them is pretty puffy and very sensitive at times. Any advice? I ran test-e 500/week and 50/day winny for the last 6 weeks.

What dosage aromasin? I would suggest taking 10mg nolvadex twice daily asap....space it 12 hours apart for even blood levels...this should alleviate the nip issue.

i was dosing 25mg arosmain every day.

I have started doing the nolva 20mg per day (two 10mg doses) and 100mg clomid (two 50mg clomid) as ive finished the 15 days hcg/aromasin. Morning dose around 730am and night dose around 9pm

I seem to always get the same flare up in the same place. I usually have to run letro for a few days to get rid of it. Ill give it a shot with the nolva/clomid combo and see what happens. How long should i stick with it before i re-evaluate?

The nolva should have it in control in a week or so.

I followed this protocol, now i am 1 week post PCT (stopped the nolva) and i feel my erections are weak and its difficult to get it up. ive been using cialis twice a week when i see the GF, which helps, but i still find it kind of weak. morning wood is there once in a while, sometimes not. In terms of sex drive, im not sure if im back to normal... definitely dont feel aggressive/animalistic.

Is this normal? After a few weeks post-pct should it get better?

UPDATE:

Got bloodwork back figured id post an update.

As of December 12th (my PCT ended Oct 20), my testosterone levels are as follows:

TSH 1.63 (0.3 - 5.6) mu/l
Testosterone 10.8 (6.0 - 27) nmol/l
Free test 43.6 (15.6 - 146) pmol/l

Looks like im in the normal ranges and doc said im fine.
