1 scoop protien powder(chocolate)
1/4 cup almond milk
3 tbsp adams natural Peanut butter
2 tbsp cocoa
2 tbls flax meal
blend with ice and boooyah enjoy
35g fat
18 carb (15g fiber) 3 net carbs
42g protien
This is my one and only shake of the day. Its my post workout shake and some would say there is too much fat and not enough carbs for a PWO shake.
