Hey there folks,
I am moving my training time from 8am to 630am. Normally I would have breakfast @ 6am, Preworkout drink 745am, workout then have post workout, so if I skip breakfast have preworkout drink, workout then have my postworkout drink wait 1/2 hour then have breakfast will a slow digesting breakfast of eggs slow the absorbation for the post workout drink?

Since you are having breakfast 30 minutes after your p/w drink it will not the slow absorption of your p/w drink. This is because the post workout drink will be absorbed and in the bloodstream within 15-30 minutes of ingestion, depending on what type of carbs are used and their GI.

Have your breakfast first...if you don't have much time make it a shake with protein, fats, some carbs if necessary...take pre-workout caffeine with it...training without eating is not wise.
