Thanks to MP and Mutant for hooking me up with a complimentary container of RAGE pre workout.

Day 1:

Took one scoop before leg day. Felt amped off it, but not as much as a straight 200mg caffeine pill. Had decent energy throughout the workout but I didnt feel super wound up or anything. I dont think this product is too heavy on the stims, which for me is a good thing. I get pretty vascular during workouts now, but I feel as if it is a combination of loss of body fat as well as the nitric effect of the pump aminos and such.

Taste (Electric Blue Raspberry) = DELICIOUS! This is one of the best tasting pre workouts I have ever used. Tastes like candy. I LOVE candy!

Following up with workouts 2,3, and 4.

Still downing one scoop on my way there and feeling pretty good for the duration of my workout. Im only eating about 120g of carbs in a day and I am consuming this almost entirely right after my workout with my whey. Considering how low my carbs are I am still having pretty good workouts and my strength continues to increase as I recover from my shoulder injury. This stuff feels good and doesnt send me over the top with jitters. Not bad so far at all. Comparable to VPX Shotgun which I used to use and like, but much better tasting than the VPX version.

Workout 4/5

Also went well. Pretty hungover for today's workout but still moved decent weight considering how shit I felt. I do like this supplement.

Havnt updated this because it turns out my newly "sore" shoulder is a broken collarbone. Probably shouldnt have played the rest of the game on monday thinking it was just a bad ache. Such a brutal winter this has been for me injury wise.

It could have been worse, you could have crashed your bike and broke it like I did years ago.Thankfully they heal easily.

Apparently not for me because Im pretty sure this is what happened in november along with the grade 2 separation of my shoulder. Its far too big a coincidence that they both happened so close to one another.
