Every now and then when I get chance to pick a brain of a vet ... I always ask them these question ... I thought I might as well post them here today and get some good opinion ...

1. Is there really such thing as Clean bulking ??... does that really work ? and under what condition it works best ,dedication lvl ?

2. How much cardio is imp during the bulking phase ... ?? also what should be the frequency every week i.e days / time

3. Does clean bulking increase your body fat.??

4. How much time should I spend in a gym during bulking period keeping in mind I am only there to purely workout and not to socialize, I do circuit training

5. For some time now because of nasty Acne Outbreak I stopped taking any kind of supplements and only rely on natural diet with Whey protein only combine with Glutamine and creatine .. is there any thing else should I be taking during bulking phase ?? like BCAA etc ?

I know they are alot of questions but any input would be appreciated Thank you

2. How much cardio is imp during the bulking phase ... ?? also what should be the frequency every week i.e days / time DEPENDS ON YOUR METABOLISM...FROM ZERO TO 3-4 TIMES WEEKLY

3. Does clean bulking increase your body fat.?? YOU BETCHA!! INCREASES BF, LOWERS GH, INCREASES INSULIN RESISTANCE, LOWERS TESTOSTERONE..SHOULD I KEEP GOING?

4. How much time should I spend in a gym during bulking period keeping in mind I am only there to purely workout and not to socialize, I do circuit training 1.5 HOURS IS ENOUGH, STOP CIRCUIT TRAINING IF YOU WANT TO BUILD ANY APPRECIABLE AMOUNT OF MUSCLE OR STRENGTH
