Hey guys Im 28/m been working out since highschool, play a ton of sports I love being competitive. non-drinker. After researching a lot about steroids and realizing that they can be safe with the right education. I've decided to try it out.
Currently 5'9 185lbs 12%b.f
Bench 275lbs 8 xs
Squat 405lbs 8 xs
cals 3500+
Come spring time I drop to 175 and get under 10% b.f with of course strength gains deminishing a bit.

I'd love to get another 15lbs of muscle and look as strong as I am.
I feel my strength is there but my size lacks.


The only legal supps I believe in is protein an creatine even though I've tried everything legal under the sun I wanna put my money where its beneficial.

I would just stick with a simple 12wk Test cyp or E and see how my body reacts. wk 15-16 start nolvadex

Good upper body to start with. Very good squat numbers. I'm surprised you wouldn't include leg shots because with your size and numbers I'd think you'd have excellent wheels.
As far as your planned cycle? Excellent choice all around IMO. I'd go with test e at 500 mg for 12 weeks. I wouldn't shit on yourself for not being bigger with your lifts. You are already lean and strong. Half of the dudes I see getting into the gear are either weak as **** and fat or weak as **** and skinny. You should kill with that cycle and 3500 cals.

250mg twice weekly of test cyp or enanth for 12 weeks would be all you need for a decent first cycle. Your diet will need to be optimal to see optimal gains...ie 6 meals daily, 50g pro+30g fat + 30g carbs as a start plus post workout shake 50g pro + 50g high GI carbs. For faster recovery you may want to add in some hcg say 5 shots of 1000iu ETD along with an AI then run clomid and nolva for 2 weeks.

My calves are skinny. pisses me off. lol. gluets are lean n big. girls love my ass. :) quads could improve though. they measure at 25" theres room for them to grow.. as for rest of my body I feel I've plateaued for the last 3 years.
