I been training for about 3 years now. Over the years ive learned about different exercies and have been incorporating them into my workout. For example: on my chest day. I do bench presses, dumbell presses, incline, decline, dumbell fly's, cable crossover's, and dips.

Ive noticed that I get stonger but not bigger. Im about to start my first cycle and was advised to concentrate on, at most, 4 exercise's per body part.......... does anyone have any advice, im i overtraining????

Are you doing higher reps or lower reps. Another factor is your age/muscle maturity.

if you do that once a week, i wouldint say your over training, and if your soar the following I think youre fine, I think the most important part is your diet, you probalby not eating enough.

now i know everyone says they eat like a horse blah blah blah, but in reality you might thinks its alot but its not enough to keep grwoing.

I agree on diet and also rest. Over training in most cases is not an issue with muscle recovery but affects your cental nervous system (CNS).

Eat every 2 hours, if your not hungry force feed yourself. You gotta eat big to get big and you can do all you want in the gym but thats not where you grow...you grow at the dinner table and getting good rest.

I think you have too much volume.
6 sets of incline barbell press followed by 4 sets of DB press. Maybe flies after, but the key to getting bigger is not doing more volume.
Maybe you don't lift heavy enough to hit HTMU's so drop the rep range 3-5 for 2 works, then 2-4 for the 2 after that, and then hit singles for a week.
