Meat 1: 6 eggs Omega 3

Meal 2: 8 Oz chicken avec 1/2 Cup Almonds + 1 cup Brocoli

Meal 3: 50G Whey with 1 TBPS Olive oil (Post Workout)

Meal 4: 8 Oz Salmon with 1 cup brocoli + 1/2 Cup Almonds.

Meal 5: 50G Whey avec 1 TBPS Olive oil

Meal 6: 6 eggs Omega 3


6G OMEGA 3 FISH OIL
3G EVENING PRIMROSE OIL

Can you gain Lean muscle mass on a diet like this while being Natural(no aas) ?

Im 5.11,205 pound dont know bodyfat but im not fatty and not ripped either, probally 13%-14%BF.

I highly doubt you will gain any mass on a diet that has virtually zero for carbs. You might wanna add in some carbs for breakfast and post workout if youre looking to make gains.

100g at breakfast and perhaps 100g post workout should suffice if youre looking to main some gains but not get too much body fat. I dont know how tall you are or what your current stats are, you might be able to get away with eating less than 200g carbs and still make gains if you time them properly.

that is almost word for word the palumbo cutting diet......you won't gain any muscle on this diet but you will get shredded!

Not enough fats, not enough carbs, not enough calories for optimal growth...youll need some carbs to gain...you wont gain in ketosis.
