I am at the checkout right now and cheapest shipping to Canada is looking like $175....there must be something wrong because Ive never paid over $45 to ship to my door.

What's going on Jonny, this is occurring because the postal code was not properly imported during our customer integration. Try going to My Accounts, and add a new shipping address including your postal code, and remove the original shipping address. You should not only see the same old rates, but lower rates than before! Let me know if this does not work for you and I can access your account to investigate other possible errors.

Yeah, this happened to me. $200 for shipping! Once I fixed the postal code issue...the shipping dropped down to $40
