I am a 31 year old male, 210lb 5'11". My hematology is all perfectly normal. These are my hormone numbers (with normal ranges):

Tesosterone: 11.6 nmol/L (3.5-31.6)
SHBG (sex hormone binding globulin): 35 nmol/L (11-49)
Bioavailable Testosterone: 3.2 nmol/L (2.2-9.7)
DHEAS (dehydroepiandosterone): 3.0 umol/L (3.3-14.1)
FSH: 2 IU/L (1-15)
LH: 4 IU/L (1-13)

It has been 8 months since my last cycle (500mg/week test-e for 12 weeks; 3 weeks clomid, 5 weeks arimidex). Seems like my test levels are low for my age - my doc wants to talk about it. Any thoughts?

Your shbg is high which isn't helping.

coming off on arimidex was not a good idea, did you taper your serms and AI? as not doing so can cause over sensitivity with your ER's >>> doesnt matter now. 8 months is a long time and I'm sure your body would have reset itself by now.

Whats disturbing though is that your lh and fsh levels are quite low.

you need estradiol levels done.

Anyways with all that said you are low anyway, and its likely things won't be alleviated untill you begin some hrt.

It seems like everything is low - why is low LH/FSH disturbing?

I did not taper the clomid or arimidex. Are you saying you should not run AI's post cycle?
