howdy gang
hope everyone is doing well!
I have been residing over at Musclesci and have decided i would like to be a part of a community a little closer to home as well. so i hope you all dont mind but im going to post my current log over here soon and look to continue pushing myself and learn something new everyday. i am currently using DC style training and absolutely love it!
