This website has some pretty decent deals on food items that are either zero net carb or very low carb count per serving on things you would have never thought possible to be edible on a low carb diet.

I might try some stuff out and review it on here assuming I can pick up some shifts over Christmas break and have a bit extra spending money.

Check out the site, its pretty cool.

My go to will be the low carb bagels, cookies, and the water flavouring drops or packets.

What do you guys think? Anyone on here ever tried any of this stuff?

i've tried the bagels, not really good...14 carbs

I'd rather buy ezekiel bread and english muffins... tasted way better

Im not looking for something delicious, just good enough to satisfy a craving without going overboard. When I cheat I tend to cheat hard so I wouldnt mind something low key that I have access to.

Some of the bagels are between zero and 2 net carbs with 7g protein per serving. Not too shabby

My cravings are usually for candy and not so much breads - I have tried those low carb or no sugar added candies , but they do more damage to my insides then anything and I'd rather not eat them.

If I'm on a keto or low carb diet I can usually wait it out the 6 days before going nuts with carbs or sugar :)

Still a good link , thanks - P.S empty your mail box.

^^ just did. thanks.

Bread, cookies, cake, and ice cream are my most favourite things in the world. Especially BREAD!!! Not too long ago I crushed 8 massive bagels in one day, on top of all my other meals.
