IIRC,Mir broke Tim Sylvia's arm a few years ago attempting an armbar.

Great sub for sure. Even though i am not a huge fan of Mir and was rooting for Big Nog, that was one sick sub...props to Mir...

That was sweet. Not just the dislocation but also the rolling around and repositioning of both fighters before it happened. Plus Mir was rocked just before that series of events took place. I was really impressed.

I thought Machida did well till he got nailed good,showed that Jones is not invincible .

i thought i showed how versatile Jones is normally he can pick people apart with his striking but i think we now know he has superior grappling as well
