As we usually get something for the sake of saying we got something that she really didn't need, try a different route. Go to a nearby NICE spa and get her a gift certificate...maybe even book the day sometime shortly after Xmas as you'll never get in before Xmas now ...and get her a spoil herself package...maybe a nice hot rock massage and pedicure (especially if she spends lots of time on her feet) or something similar...that always works great and will cost you a couple hundred. Make sure the appt date she has no other stuff to do and if she does clear her calendar so no work, kid or social issues...later afternoon appts are great as then you can take her out for dinner so she has been totally spoiled for the day and it was all about her..if she has a close friend that has a spouse in same position, get him on board and send them both as most places will let them have a glass of wine when getting catered to... might even work out ok for you later on..lol

What's your budget?

You can buy her tickets for a show, a digital camera, a purse (michael kors), jewelries (swarovski?) all inclusive vacation...

Last year, I bought her 3 tickets to see Lady Gaga for her and her friends with a limo service. Cost 350$

Just off the top of my head the gifts that I've found women really like are:

Underwear repair kit
A good quality multitool
Flashlight set
Gift card from Walmart
Snow shovel

Those are my top 5 but I'll think on it a bit more and get back.

I would love a docking station for my clients to run their music through to my sound system in my gym when I'm training them.
a small camera instead of my professional one that takes forever to focus and zoom.

LuLue Lemon gift certificates.

An off season air travel gift card that would cover a trip to see my grand son who is in Orlando.

last suggestions..non stick fry pans and sexy thongs.

those charm bracelets seam to be pretty popular lately in sterling silver. You can add sentimental charms of things that she likes that mean a lot to her...ie. little soccer ball, birth stone, etc.

Jewelry and thoughtful, how can you go wrong?

Just ended up getting her as her's is broken. Not the cheapest but not the most expensive, somewhere in the middle.

This is a good idea my Mom got one a few years ago and it makes gift shopping for her really easy as just buy another charm.
