Hi All,
Some tips to cure eczema.
Moisturize skin specially after taking bath,
Consult your doctor in case of skin infection,
Avoid bubble bath as it took away protective oil from skin,
Use gloves while gardening or washing or working outside.

go to nautropath get allergy tested
cut out all allergens
and voila 100% clear skin

i know cuz i did just that Jan 2009
eczema had gotten worse and worse over the yrs
and was no longer just on my arms was all over my back down to my butt
got tested
cut out alot of food i was eating all the time: protein powder, udo's oil, oatmeal, bananas, melons to name a few
and my skin got 100% clear
believe me i've tried to add those back in
immediately get a response with red itchy skin

I have a similar condition. Only around my nose/cheek area though. Red and itchy but it goes away then appears out of the blue. Never been given an answer what it is. Have a cortizone based cream but try not to use very much due to thinning the skin. Gotta see someone about it...
