Ok so several factors playing here.
1. Its basically winter
2. I'm on test enan currently in maintaince phase
3. Can't decide if I should Cut or Gain.

I'm 5'11" , 210 lbs, 18% bf , lean all around except the bellllllyyy

so my 2 options right now is

1) Gain Cycle: Increase test enan 500mg/week, 12 week, deca 400mg/week 10 weeks, dbol 50/day 1 month
Goal: Get up to 230 lbs, keep at 18-20%

2) Cut Cycle:
a)(If you don't know, please do not give opinion) HCG Cycle with Test Enan to keep Muscle - 3-4 week
b) Keto diet 4 weeks
c) ECA stack + calorie deficit 4 weeks


What order would you suggest Gain - maintain - cut, or cut - maintain - gain. And which cutting method should I use.
Going to get opinions get before and progression shots and keep a log

You're 18% bodyfat. The leaner you are, the easier it is to build new muscles. I would suggest to go down to 10% bodyfat. Do a test only cycle, but for 10-12weeks. 500mg is plenty. No winstrol, masteron or tren... Focus on diet. Clen would be helpful.

If you are fat near the belly, you probably need eliminate most of the carbs. Very low carbs, moderate fats, high protein diet might suit you the best.

215lb male
Meal #1: 5 whole eggs (Omega-3), 4 egg-whites (can be liquid egg-whites).
Meal #2: Shake: 50g Whey Protein with 2 tablespoon of All Natural Peanut Butter (no sugar).
Meal #3: Lean protein meal: 8oz Chicken with ½ cup cashew nuts (or almonds, walnuts).
Meal #4: Shake: same as meal #2.
Meal #5: Fatty protein meal: 8oz Salmon, Swordfish, or Red Meat with a green salad (no tomatoes, carrots, or red peppers) with 1 tablespoon of Olive Oil or Macadamia Nut Oil and Vinegar.
Meal #6: Same as meal #2 and #4, or 4 whole (Omega-3) eggs and 4 extra egg-whites.

Once you are lean enough, take time to get use to carbs: Replace PB in shakes by berries for a week or so... Then you can add 1 carb meal (max 30g, unrefined) for another week... Take your time or you will gain fat.

6-8 weeks after you stop your diet, you can bulk again... aim 40g of proteins, 30g of fats and 30g of carbs, 6 meals a day.

whats your cycle history?

So 6-Week Keto diet essentially with nuts and such I would guess around 50g of carbs a day.
I guess I will start that
my history includes:
Test Enan
Test Enan + Deca
Test +Dbol (though dropped after 3 weeks due to other circumstances)

Currently going to do calorie deficit + keto - even with the above meal plan I think Im below my resting metabolic rate.
I am currently on Test Enan + grhp-6

With grhp-6 I do not feel the hunger strike me as hard as other people do especially if I dont consume large amount of carbs but I have never craved carbs as some people I have seen cant handle it.

I would x the gear and hit the cardio hard until you get your bf down to a 10-12ish percentile then re-evaluate
