Hey CBB, anyone got any good recipes that involve eggs. I was thinking we could post ideas here so that each one of us can profit from it. I like to have 1/2 cup of cottage cheese with my 3 egg omelette about an hour before sleep. Of course, I use butter in the pan. Add some x-lean ham slices in there and you got a great protein source that will keep you full during your sleep. Bye bye catabolism. :hu

1 carton of egg whites
1 Scoop of chocolate cassein protein
Spenlda to taste

shake up in a shaker and poor into a frying pan. Cook like a pancake. Top with 1tbsp of natural peanut butter.

10 egg whites
4 oz oatmeal (dry)
nutmeg
splenda

put in blender and blendaway.

Poor into hot skillet with butter favoured pam and you have a pancake fit for precontest. Just for some extra goodness you can splash some DaVinci pancake flavoured suyrup ontop.

I pam a baking tray and pour egg whites into it. Bake it in the oven until they're white. Then cut into strips with a pizza cutter. You now have egg white 'pasta' noodles. It tricks my brain and I add some shrimp, garlic, chicken, whatever.

It's a bit of work but it feels like you're getting a treat when you're not and its worth it.

How about an 8 WHOLE egg omlet with grilled peppers? Take day old grilled and marinated peppers, heat in EVOO or butter, add beaten and seasoned eggs. Cook to desired consistency and then add Grana Padano.
Serve with some asparagus and whatever you desire.

For Eggs...

Hmmmm...

-Eggs and Egg whites beaten together, and scrambled.

-Eggwhites poured in the bottom of a pan on medium until the eggwhites are mostly cooked, and then eggs on top to do them sunnyside up. Cover with a lid for the last couple of minutes, and voila - sunnyside eggs with a thicker base. Sea Salt and pepper to taste.

-Eggs and Egg whites beaten together, and scrambled?

Really, I'm not all that fancy with egg whites. Although I will admit to have taken 500mL eggwhites and 2 Crystal Lite Singles, and shaking them up in a big shaker. Doesn't taste too bad, almost like a smoothy.
