View Full Version : First Cycle Question 12 weeks Test E 500mg/week

Im 23 5'9 and currently 186 lbs, in week 6 of my first cycle which consists of test e 500mg/week with 30mg dbol ed for the first 4 weeks as a kickstart. I began the cycle at 165 lbs at approximately 10% bf and I'm probably 12% now, I started 50mg proviron ed last week and started eating cleaner and cut my carbs because I was bloating too much. Strength gains are really good and my balls are really starting to deflate lol but my weight isn't going up much anymore, Im probably gaining about 1-2 lbs/week and I really don't wanna bump up the calories out of fear of gaining fat and bloating. I was wondering if I could do tbol at 50mg ed for the last 5 weeks. Also would it be wise to bump up proviron to 75mg ed? Currently eating about 3000 calories approx. 250 grams of protein carbs only around workout and for breakfast. Pct was planned to be clomid and nolva but Im also considering throwing in sarms and some hcg. Any advice bro?

just my .002 cents.

should have kept the dbol at week 5 onwards for synergiest effect. you might want to increase your fats more as they are more calorie dense and can pack on some muscle, throw some creatine in, some more steaks and fish. stick to compound movements. i wouldn't be too much in a rush to pack on muscle that fast let it come slow and u will keep it longer and its impossobile to pack on muscle in a short time anyways it takes time.

i wouldn't worry about gaining bloat or water u can't do both at the same time either bulk cut or maintain. let iit come and it will go away once u stop the aas.

Most of the bloat is coming from the dbol...IMO I would suggest sticking just to the test itself....much less sides and quicker recovery equals more muscle maintained post cycle. At 23 and a short cycle you probably wouldnt require HCG...nolva 10mg twice daily along with clomid 50mg twice daily for 3 weeks should be enough. Young guys and beginners tend to like dbol because of the quick weight gain but its mostly water and they dissipate rapidly after stopping it...it also cause alot of gyno in users. Your diet and training are more important then adding dbol or tbol...you need enough staurated fats, protein and limited carbs or water will still be an issue.
Beginners cycle..
test 250mg twice weekly
Intermediate cycle...
test 250mg twice weekly + an injectable anabolic ie eq, deca at 200mg twice weekly
Proviron is old school and will not do much...you shouldnt need it for estro sidea at that dose of test...if you di have estro issues an AI is more effective.

Be patient and pack on solid lean mass gains that stick around...anything that comes quickly tends to leave quickly as well.

Thanx for the input guys! Ya I definitely wanna gain lean muscle that stays around longer, I don't plan on doin Aas my whole life lol I'm just gonna use up the remaining proviron the last 3 weeks of the cycle. I'm eating much less carbs now in addition to taking letro 1.25mg once a week but I'm noticing I don't look as big and my muscles aren't as full as before. Could the reduction of carbs really hurt my gains? Im still eating clean carbs around my workout though. Also if I wanted to drop some bodyfat the last 3 weeks would it be ok if I throw in some tbol or winny with the proviron for added effect?

Less carbs equals less water retention....so you may feel less full but its only water retention you are missing....doesnt affect muscle growth...forget the letro..once a week will not do anything. If you want to drop body fat finish the cycle and gaining period and then normalize and after that do a correct diet. By the way none of the products you mentioned will reduce body fat...you need to be very lean to see any effect from a cosmetic hardener such as winstrol etc...and 3 weeks is not long enough to drop any significant body fat...try minimum 8...but 12 would be better.

K how much letro should I take for bloat and estrogen control considering Im restricting carbs as well? Can you reccomend a good cutting cycle P? Im at 13-14% right now and wanna drop down to 8-9% body fat, I was thinking of using t3 and clen to help with the fat loss once I get the HPTA working again.

On 250mg test per week youll get very little aromatization...letro is unnecessary. A good cycle cycle if you are not competing is test 250mg per week...cutting has alot more to do with diet, cardio and training then cycle. The test will help keep you in a fat losing environment and will maintain your muscle...ho wlean you get from there is up to your diet and how hard you want to work.
