Hi CBB, just wanna update you folks on my month long trial of Indole-3-Carbinol and the result on my slight gyno. I posted a while ago that my weight loss lately has revealed to me that I actually have a slight case of gyno. I couldn't see it earlier from all the extra fat I was carrying around but it's there and I want it gone quick. I went to see my local health store supplier and he didn't have DIN in stock but did have I3C 200 mg for $32.99 for 90 caplets. Well after 30 days, I can report that I3C does work and it's a great estrogen metaboliser. I can see a reduction in the puffiness of my chest and I feel great. I'm gonna run the I3C dosage of 400 mg/day for another 1-2 months and see the result then. Hope this helps others.
