Hello everyone it's been a while.

I would love some input !!!!

Is this to much have a created a recipe for burn out ??

Can I add cardio to my weight training days ?? HIIT or low intensity ??

I have the Dave P Diet once again and I have also added some Boxing / Muay Thai into my routine

My new workouts look something like this

Monday: Boxing / Muay Thai
Tuesday: Chest, Triceps
Wednesday: Boxing / Muay Thai
Thursday: Back, Biceps
Friday: Boxing / Muay Thai
Saturday: Legs, Shoulders
Sunday: Off --------

ya, i would push to hard, end up hurting yourself, or getting some stress fractures :) Gradually ;)
