I was wondering if i can pop the gel and drink the oil inside it for supplements like CLA, fish oil etc etc.. Will they still be effective ? since i cant consume gelatin for my religious reasons .. thanks

Yes you can, but you should take a look for Vcaps (vegetarian caps).

Also, you can buy fish oil and cla in liquid.

It was the case, eating salmons, trouts and sardines would be pointless. Same for olive oil and other healthy fats. Your body is made to absorb it. Fish oils caps are for those who cant deal with the aftertaste.

popping it open and drinking it you are bound to lose some product in the process, and its prolly gonna taste pretty gnarly. Get some v caps or liquid products and save yourself the hassle.
