Hey forum,
As many other people, my life has been pretty hectic for the past 5 years. The early part working 28 on, 28 off - 12 hour shifts. The latter working for 14 hour days for the entire year. I am just getting to the point where I can get my life back on track. Although shorter than average height, I used to be known as a tank with low body fat and great endurance. 2 years ago I got back on a roll and had 8% bodyfat and weighed 164lbs. I have access to a hydrostatic tank and just did a weigh in at 185lbs and 18% bodyfat. :shock
So, it's time to take a stand. I work best with cold turkey and a simple plan. As much as I'd love to, I don't think I can start counting every calorie right now, but I can eat just about anything. Does anyone have suggestions on how to set up a simple food plan that will get me on the right track but I don't have to weigh everything I make? If there was a place I could put in my stats and it would just pop out a menu, I would follow it. As I said, I have little preference for specific foods.
As for the workout, I shouldn't have problems with it. I am very dedicated and, when I get back on track, I will stick to it.... especially if I start chatting to people here.
Thanks for any input.
