View Full Version : Newb looking for some help with Routine

Hi,

So I am looking for some help to assist me in building a routine for myself. Primary goal is to build major muscles and get some size by next summer. I am fairly new but have been going to my gym working on my arms and legs. I would like a routine to help me with my legs and core mostly. I need some direction...I feel like having been going to the gym for the past 2 months that I'm not getting anywhere, live in a small town and not to many people attend my gym, so I can't get much help with anything. So if YOU help me build a routine that would be greatly appreciated, I go to the gym 4 times a week (Mon/Tue/Thu/Fri) Protein intake isn't much of an issue with me, have some Syntha 6 I take here and there when I feel like I've had one of those workouts where the muscles worked on will be sore tomorrow.

Like I said, 2 months of attending my gym, really need some help and direction on what kinda routine I should be doing on a given day.

What is your current routine like? It is easier to change a few things than to create a whole new routine especially with out any info on you.
