This is EXACTLY what I think is the best way to promote this sport, the supplement companies, and the athletes in Canada.
Thank you and looking forward to seeing more. I also hope more will follow in these foot steps as others have also done before.

I agree MP but sadly, most are too meathead'ish to understand the power of a video like this vs the usual fare of filming just training.

Big whoop on the traing videos - seen one, seen'em all. Personality and character is what sells. Not how you lift weight.

Thanks for posting this. I love what Steve did. I had pretty much forgotten about that speech, and didn't know he was going to use it.....Plus I'd never seen that footage of when I got second to Ben in 08.......I looked damn good at that show, LOL.

I agree that training vids can be boring in many cases, so Steve and I want to keep making these clips in a different way.

More to come.
Ron
p.s. Remember to turn up the quality to 720 or 1080. In HD, my arms get bigger, I get leaner, and I get a tan.

Haven't posted here in forever, but had to chime in on this one.

Love this video, and I agree. You're a great speaker. This is THE STUFF.

It was great seeing you in Edmonton on Saturday. Keep on keepin' on. We love you!

Awesome vid! When you said Steve had a bit of an Artsy Gay side, I doubted you a bit, but Steve is King!

Thanks for the props guys! There will be more to come. :) Ron is a great motivational speaker, unfortunately he cannot motivate himself to wake up before noon.
