Can your body actually digest up to 130g of protein in one meal? that seems like a lot!! your grocery bill must be in the thousands a month!

Why not make smaller meals instead of having 130g pro meals and 100 g pro meals. Have 6-8 meals a day vs only 4. First meal of the day is most important and you only consume 35g of protein. I have always stayed consistent in terms of protein but cycled my carbs. 50-60g of protein in every meal. I am no pro at dieting so I will let more experienced guys answer this lol.

23% body fat and you want to continue to bulk? How tall are you? This is a joke right?
