Damn drug addiction, very sad. I was surprised that WWE is still actually trying to help out.
"I thrive through misery", man that doesn't sound right.

I think there were issues prior to the drug addiciton in this case (or issues that perhaps lead to the drug addition) - sorta like chicken or the egg.
Man killed someone in early 20s. That is not something you can easily bounce back from. No matter if it were accidental, intentional, or in self defence.
What I got from the story was that his son didn't even really want to be part of the legacy - and that the only reason he seemed interested in being trained by his father was so that he could 1. have a relationship with him of some sort, and 2. to save his father from where he was going - give him a purpose so to speak.
He was one of my favorite wrestlers growing up!
Sad He was my favorite wrestler as a kid.
I hate watching these things and did my best to avoid it, but all my buddies in the biz were sending me the link, so I watched it... truly tragic... he was a really funny and good guy... like Steve said, what happened when he was young desensitized him and made life itself an internal uphill battle...
As far as the WWE spending all that money on getting him help, they have a policy of giving free treatment to any of their employees, past or present, so turning their back is not an option... plus, he was part of the biggest angle in wrestling history... NWO...

Thanks for posting the video. Good, or bad, everyone has a story behind their character and it blows my mind what some people go through. I really feel for him, his family, friends and fans.
I remember like it was yesterday, visualizing him wrestle, watching him walk out with his entrance song going into the ring. Incredible documentry, forsure.
