Hello everyone, I know this is my first post but please bare with me.
I have taken and completed a fair amount of cycles. I have cycled such things as Test Cyp/Enth, Sust250, Deca, Tren, Eq, Dbol, Anavar, Clen hgh..
I am in decent shape do cardio in the morning and go to the gym several times a week and eat relatively clean. I am about to start a very demanding labour intensive job that is 12 hours shifts.
7 12 hour days, then 7 12 hour nights, Then 7 days off. Basically Its drilling/rigging. I am wondering what may be best to take for this sort of job.. It is just lots of repetitive work that requires endurance and strength.
Was just going to do a oral only basic cycle of anavar, halotestin and clen but was looking for suggestions and ideas.
If this is not the right place to post this then I am sorry and please send me in the right direction where I may be able to get some answers as I have a pre employment coming up and then I will be off to the rigs.

Why not just low dose test? I agree...why try to get fancy when chances of making progress in such a demanding job is minimal.

Very true. Just I will most likely be in camp so I was just thinking of the injections and how I will do all of that. I could most likely figure it out shouldnt be to hard, although this is why I was saying oral cycle. Im looking for strength, stamina, endurance. I already have on hand test enth and tren enth mix. Winny, Anavar, Clen, Halo,hgh. Do you still think test or is there an oral that may work? If you both agree test what dose are we talking or thinking here 250mg a week?
P.s- I notice I have a heavy breath sometimes like with breathing its not that I get tired as my body still feels like it can do it just the breathing. Like sprinting up a huge set of stairs I find I may be out of breath or breathing heavy, although my body feels like it could just keep going. LOL. I will try increasing cardio to see if that helps but wondering on any supplements or gear to help with that.

The Fina (and tren e) will give you that out of breath feeling. Or you could just be out of shape lol. Not seeing how Halo will help you in any positive manner as it's used as a last minute hardener for bodybuilding competitors or as a huge aggressiveness boost for powerlifting. No need to run clen unless you're going to diet down. Winny and anavar will do very little. HGH and test is your best bet yet without knowing more about your situation i really can't comment more though.

What information would better help you to be able to give me information? My only thing is if I am in camp I wont have a fridge to store the hgh. As for the test I could easily bring some needles and stuff in my bag. I think you are right about the test and hgh, however was just concerned about the injections and having to pack the stuff around. The list I also gave you was just a list of what I have on hand right now. Your right the tren is probably the problem was just on a cycle with tren and stuff as well. hgh is more long term what about igf-1 instead? I am looking for strength, stamina and endurance increase. I do know that diet, and gym/workout routine have a huge key in these as well but wondering what supplements or gear would also assist with this. Let me know. Thanks

the 2 guys posting already in this thread have more experience then i do.
but 234 at 17% bf, is a guy out of shape. Try dieting some of the blubber off thru diet and cardio. to keep strength up i would just run var at 50mg a day while dieting. This will keep your strength up while u diet off the chub and get into better physical shape and increase your endurance capacity.

I am not that out of shape I am just average. I do not compete or bodybuild though either. Just train to keep healthy and in shape. I could probably drop down a bit. So that being said should I just do clen and var then?

The info would be historical stuff...when was the last time you were off? What kind of dosage were you running? Did you get blood work done? Also how commited are you to your diet?

i ain't going to sugar coat this. no offense.
wtf are you doing, that much gear and still average/fat? ! lazy? can't over rule your eat impulse ? i don't get. give someone with no genetic gifts, a rudimentary diet, and a little iron, with the cocktails you've had, they would not look average.
1 of 3 things imo. 1. your gear is junk. 2. you train like crap. 3. you eat like crap.
i'm surprised no one has said that yet. you are free to do as you will, however you are doing something wrong and i doubt the answer lies elsewhere, it likely lays within.
its not the weight, its not the reps, its the fight.

I generally run an hour of cardio every morning on empty stomach. I work out 3 times a week on top of that. The gear I listed.. I didnot run all at once. Lately have been a bit lazy. On top of this I do eat pretty clean but do not follow a strict diet. I usually try to eat 6 smaller portions daily. With protein shakes and what not... I dont train to bodybuild or anything like that. You are right though I probably could do more at the gym or ffollow a more strict diet. Wont be able to follow a diet on the rigs though. What would you recommend then J-Dub

i put much faith in test, have for years. but the rub is, you still have to bust your ass every single time you step into the gym. every set, every rep, balls out. if you are not really interested in making full use of the compounds, you may not be doing yourself any favors in the long haul by not killing it every workout. you can't get that drive anywhere but form within.
if its in you, you will see a drastic change in as little as 6 weeks, if its in you.
personally, with underground gear, i'd say 200mg 2x week minimum, enthanate or cyp with luck.
bust it up, there's no half way about it when you go on gas.

Thanks J-Dub I agree. One thing though if I am going rigging what would I take then its very labour intensive job 12 hour days etc. Plus they feed you and what not.... I would be there for 12-21 days and then off for 7 days most likely. Just wondering what may be best to take or do to train or get further in shape etc.
low dose test, no orals. most places will have a shitty onsite gym.....use it! if not....push ups, chins, crunches and dips......the food on the rigs is notoriously horrible so this would be a great time to cut some chub off your ass......

You think bringing Needles and all that would be fine? For the low dose of test and why no orals? What about some clen or t3? Also wondering about a paticular supplement that may help with energy, endurance etc. I could just use preworkout? I have expand currently.
Tex: Have you worked the rigs or do you know anyone that does?

your gear is your property, i doubt anyone would be the wiser if you keep it discreet. if they have any equipment definitely use it, that is the main battle. if they do not, you are left to basics and imagination, which is not always a bad thing. as was said, chins, pushups, crunches, jump squats etc, go primitive and use chains, logs, what ever will put adequate load on you.
personallly, i'd step back and concentrate just on the test, if you are set in your mind to do it. the orals would be better suited to a better workout/work/life balance scenario. forget the clen, eca or other gimmicks, you aren't going for a show lol. if you seriously kick your ass, you won't need them, and you'll be better able to judge your progress from new intensity and focus. if the food is crap, you're going to have to rely on shakes and the likes. shaker cups are a god send when time and convenience is paramount.
think caveman, you'll get it, just remember, its not the weight, its not the reps, its the fight.
i know lots of guys out on the rigs and a few that cycle while out in the bush......stay ****ing focused, eat, workout and keep your nose clean if you know what i mean.......pins shouldnt be a prob....i think they are more concerned with the hard drugs out there than something like aas.....

Ya i know you need to stay focused.. Yes I know lots of bad substances up there not into that at all. What do your friends usually cycle? Also, i thought food is notoriously horrible so would it be best to live off shakes and stuff instead? Also, not all of them have a gym so il just make do with whatever. As J-Dub said its the fight! :).. For energy and stuff whats goood to take just Xpand or something?

test for growth and strength, coffee for energy and lots of food, training and sleep......
